Shipping and Return Policy – Curated Findings

All orders received are shipped within 1-4 business days.
We ship pan India through our website. For placing an international order, email us at care@curatedfindings.co.

The customer must initiate a return/exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Raise a request for Return/Exchange by writing to us at care@curatedfindings.co along with the Order ID. Shipping charged is non-refundable.
Items must be sent in original condition and non-damaged. Return/Exchange will be initiated within 5 business days of receipt of item(s). once we check the quality/condition of the returned item.
Return courier charges and responsibility of sending the courier is borne by the customer. In case the return package is lost or undelivered, Curated Findings will not compensate for the same.
All accessories and zines are non-returnable or exchangeable.
Products purchased on discount or sale are not eligible for returns and can only be exchanged for available products or a credit note that will be valid for 60 days.
In the rare case of a customer receiving a damaged order, please click an image of the package and decline to accept the package. Share this with our team at care@curatedfindings.co . In case the customer accepts the damaged order from the delivery executive, Curated Findings will not be able to compensate for any damages or lost of content in the package due to restrictions in the rules of the shipping company.
